This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff are friendly and the basic amenities are well-maintained. All was satisfactory.

I liked everything about this hotel. It is newly built, the receptionists and the room service (including the maids who used to do the cleaning) speak excellent English. Each room has a balcony. I had a room with a bath. My room was cleaned every day, including the changing of the towels and sheets. There are paintings everywhere in the hotel. Free WiFi in the room. Initially i booked the room for 1 night just to see how it goes, and then extended it for a week. The room was worth every penny spent.
Nothing bad about this hotel is coming to my mind.

Quiet Hotel in Good location on main Rd 1/2 way between Pataya & Jontien Beaches was perfect for us. 20 Baht either way in taxi truck. Friendly staff made us very welcome. Spacious Deluxe Double Room cleaned every day without request. My Thai wife & I used for Honeymoon. Free breakfast buffet.Friendly bar across rd. Enjoyed swimming pool after days sight seeing & shopping.
Needs tour desk enlarged with more information about local attractions & things to do. My wife & I knew what we wanted to do. Other visitors who don''t will struggle.

The staff is attentive and provides excellent service, making you feel like you're at home. The rooms are clean and beautiful, with some even having balconies that offer a great view. The hotel also provides basic amenities such as good wifi and English channels, ensuring that guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. Furthermore, the location of the hotel is very convenient, being very close to South Beach and just a short journey to the center by affordable transportation.
The only minor drawback was the breakfast buffet, which could be improved.

The breakfast buffet is very small and decent, the food not warm.

This hotel is in a fantastic location with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. You can easily reach the center and Walking Street by 10 baht transport any time of the day. the south beach is just a stone's throw away. the rooms are clean, comfortable, and equipped with good aircon, fridge, and safe box. the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the swimming pool is well-kept and refreshing.
One minor downside is that breakfast can be hit or miss, as mentioned in a previous review.

The hotel's location was fantastic! We were able to easily walk to many nearby attractions and there were several public transportation options right outside the hotel. the staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making sure all of our needs were met. the pool area was wonderful and a great place to relax after a day of exploring.
The noise level from the traffic on the main road outside our room was a bit bothersome, even with the windows closed. once we asked to switch to a room on a higher floor and on the side of the hotel, it was much quieter.

We appreciated the hotel facilities too, especially the refreshing pool. The breakfast was satisfying and affordable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, and we could reach the city centre or the pier easily by taxi or on foot.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the beautiful swimming pool and the comfortable and clean bed. The location was also great, as we were close to shops and restaurants. We loved being able to take a short walk to explore the area.
The housekeeping was not up to our standards as we found some marks and dust in the room. Additionally, the WiFi was weak and unreliable during our stay which made it difficult to stay connected to loved ones back home.
